Observation: 3 staff were working during the time of inspection, but none were certified with FOODSAFE Level 1. Only the manager's FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate was available, but manager was not working during the time of inspection. At least 1 person must be certificated with FOODSAFE Level 1 while the restaurant is in operation.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Walk-in cooler at 4C
Walk-in freezer at -18C.
Foods within the inserts of the pizza cooler was at 4C. Lower compartment was also at 4C.
3 compartment sink available, but was not setup. Ensure to at least setup the sanitizer compartment throughout the day.
Chlorine used as sanitizer and stored in spray bottle.
Food items properly covered.
Pizza stored at 40C for 2 hours. Ensure to document the exact time a pizza is put on display. The time board should match the pizzas stored within the display case.

The following requires correction:
Black grease is starting to form on the conveyor belt of the pizza oven and needs to be clean.
Yellow grease build-up noted on the exhaust canopy and needs to be cleaned.
