Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Observed ice scoop being stored in ice machine. This is a repeated violation and the practice must stop immediately.
2. Observed rice scoop in stagnant warm water
Corrective Action(s): 1. Required operator to have ice scoop out of the ice machine and have it stored in a clean container when not in use
2. Required operator to have ice water bath for rice scoop when not in use and replenish ice regularly

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket at front did not have enough concentration of QUAT nor bleach in it to properly sanitize wiping cloths and surfaces
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to replace sanitizer in the bucket to have either 200 ppm of QUAT or 200 ppm of bleach.

Insert cooler at front at 4 C or lower; please ensure to not overstock each inserts as top portion of the inserts may exceed 4 C when left out for too long
Walk-in cooler at 4 C or lower
Reach in freezer at -18 C or lower
Two freezers in storage space at -18 C or lower
Bleach and QUAT sanitizer available on site; QUAT spray bottle at 200 ppm
High temperature dishwasher in good working condition; reached 71 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
Storage area organized; a bit of attention for cleaning up spills required but overall okay
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
