Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ABAI-C3TM97 of Jun-08-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Noted faucet at warewashing sink spraying sideways when tap turned on due to attachment which diverts some water for sanitizer dispenser. This attachment does not facilitate hand washing. Soap dispenser at the warewashing sink was also obstructed and did not have soap in it. Correction: Hand wash station is required in the back warewashing/food preparation area. This issue was noted on the previous inspection report. Hand wash station at warewashing sink is not being maintained. Operator to look into installing a separate designated hand washing sink in this area. Floor plans to be submitted and plumbing permits to be obtained prior to making any structural changes.
