Kitchen not in use at the time of inspection. Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests. Hot and cold water available. 2 compartment sink in use. Hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water. Bleach sanitizer available on site. Ensure to use 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer to disinfect when needed. Domestic dishwasher in use. Cooler at 3C, freezer compartment at -19C ice. Dry storage adequate. Laundry done on site at high temperature setting. Only simple foods like tea, coffee, cakes processed in this kitchen. Temporary food events discussed. Operator wanted to host more than 14 days of events a year on site grounds. Information provided and review will be considered at health unit. Request name change to Heritage Abbotsford Society for premise. Legal name change document to be provided.
