Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: No sanitizer detected at low temp dishwasher. Sanitizer jug a third full, line not primed, pump appears to be functioning. After line was primed still 0 ppm chlorine detected.
Correction: Ensure low temp dishwasher is capable of sanitizing dishes at least at 50 ppm chlorine on the final rinse. Call technician to service unit before next function requiring the kitchen and dishwasher.

-Low temp dishwasher has been serviced and noted 100 ppm chlorine at the plate. Test strips available
-Ice machine has been unplugged, drained and sanitized
-Ventilation hood panels have been cleaned and appear to be in sanitary condition
