HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 6
Critical Hazards: There are no critical hazards.
Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 2
306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Sanitation has improved since previous inspection. Floors under cooking line are free of grease and debris. However, continued cleaning is required in the back corner by the dishwasher/mop sink.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the floors in the back area where the mop sink, in between the dishwasher and the sink and along the bottoms of the equipment where there is stil visble black dirt/debris. Ensure that the dirt is not mopped into the corners where it can accumulate.
Correction date: Today and ongoing
Violation Score: 3

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: Ceiling tiles still not installed in gap above stove area.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed with operator who mentioned that he is unable to simply cut a tile and place it there, as there is not metal frame to sit the tile in. You must provide a way to put a ceiling tile/cover in this gap as debris, dust, and dirt can fall from this large hole in your ceiling into your kitchen/food below.
Correction date: Two weeks. If ceiling situation is not repaired, further enforcement will take place. This was noted on previous inspection.
Violation Score: 3

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
