Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine residual at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff replaced sanitizer bottle and primed sanitizer line. Dishwasher was fixed and achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual. Ensure staff check the dishwasher sanitizer line daily to ensure all of the dishes are getting sanitized instead of just washed with water.

Routine inspection conducted:
Note: As discussed with previous inspector, dumbwaiter is still in process of being installed as kitchen is on second floor. The plan is to transport food from the kitchen to a members seating area downstairs. Once plans have been finalized, please send them to the district EHO for review

-Handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
- Other than above mentioned cooler, all other coolers were at 4 deg C or less
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
-Quat sanitizer spray bottle at 200 ppm QUATS
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
-Food is stored off the floor

Bar area: Glasswasher achieved 12.5 ppm iodine residual after rinse cycle
