Observation: The main kitchen hand washing sink did not have hot water. A technician has been called for repairs and will be onsite later today.

Observation: Mouse droppings found in the front cupboard underneath the cash register, on the lower shelf in the back, in hard to reach areas of the floor and around the back entrance.
Corrective Action(s): Call a professional pest control company to do an assessment and seal all entry points. Provide the report during the follow up inspection in one week.

Observation: The following action must be taken:
-Install a door sweep on the front door.
-Identify all rodent entry points and seal them with steel wool or an alternative.
-Ensure that the flour is kept in pest proof containers with lids.
-Seal entry points around the prep cooler.

Comments

The washroom hand sinks was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Temperature records were up to date.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm in the spray bottle and 3-compartment sink.
The operator is FoodSafe level 1 certified.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
