Undercounter dairy cooler: 3.9 deg C
Sandwich prep cooler: 3.4 deg C.
Note: Front sliding glass door cooler bit high/ at 6.0 deg C/the owner is aware (no potentially hazardous food in the cooler at the time of inspection); ensure the cooler temperature <= 4.0 deg C.
