- Sanitizer dispenser has been repaired - dispenses a solution of 200ppm quats; ensure solution is tested at least once daily and be aware of air bubbles - Small prep unit measures 6C - operator stated that it was unlikely they will fix it due to costs but will use it as a work station - premises has adequate refrigeration units to operate without the small prep cooler - no potentially hazardous foods stored inside
