Droppings have been cleaned from the downstairs storage area. Some new droppings noticed as well. A pest control company has been onsite, traps in place. A door sweep has been installed at the downstairs storage room. Ensure that a door sweep is also installed on the back door to the kitchen. Dishwasher records are now being kept. Ensure that the final rinse temperature (> 180 F/ 82 C) is being checked.
