On Follow-Up:
-Spray bottles are only being used for bleach and water now. Label the bottle.
-Cardboard is no longer being used to line shelves or for storing used cones.
-The two prep cooler locations were switched so that the main cooler used for the condiments is no longer directly in front of the donair machines. The heat from the machines when in use might be causing the cooler temperature to increase. Once the location of the two coolers were switched, the temperature of the condiment cooler dropped to the required temperature.
