-Hand-sinks fully-equipped -All temperatures met health requirements -QUATS at 200ppm -Dishwasher > 71°C at dish -Glass-washer at 12.5ppm Iodine -General sanitation is good -Several lines of plumbing have been replaced leaving trenches down the kitchen floor, hallway and bar area. Flooring will need to be replaced with flooring that is smooth and easily cleanable. Recommend replacing floor in line-cooking area as tiles are getting very worn.
