Routine inspection: General: Laundry services done onsite separate from personal items. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Flooring and lighting adequate. Skin rejuvenation: Lotions and creams dispensed and applied using single use wooden spatulas. Single use freshly laundered towels used. Laser hair removal: IPL warning sign posted on door. Laser machine equipped with emergency on/off button and is key operated. Laser hand pieces wiped down with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Client goggles lined with single use cotton and wiped down with 70% isopropyl alcohol after each use. No needles or semi critical implements used. No mirrors in treatment area. Razors single use and disposed of into a sharps container.
