Observation: Observed few sticky traps behind and under oven/microwave with cockroaches caught and a few casings found as well; reviewed last few months pest management report which repeatedly pointed the noted area to be deep cleaned and sanitized
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to call pest control management company set new traps; then clean and sanitize all areas thoroughly to remove food sources for the pests

-discussed manual dishwashing steps; staff explained correct steps in detail when asked
-QUAT dispenser in the dishwashing area in good working order; dispensed 200ppm of QUAT
