The following items have been observed:
-->Operator is using ice to keep small amounts of bean sprouts and cut lime under 4oC.
-->Temperature of bean sprouts is measured at 2.2oC
-->Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle and bucket are observed and at least 100ppm chlorine is detected
-->Handwashing stations are clear of items
-->Foods are all stored above ground and covered
-->Rodent droppings are all removed
-->Wooden crates are removed under dishwashing sinks
-->Areas that required cleaning are now in sanitary condition
