Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # SSZO-CFDTLW of Jun-14-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hot and cold water tap are turned off at back handsink at time of visit. Staff mentioned water was leaking when turned on. Correction: Hot and cold running water must be available at all times. In the meantime, dishwashing sink and front handsink are both nearby until this handsink is fixed.
