Violation 306 has been corrected: Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition - all freezers have been defrost and cleaned - all food contact surfaces , including floors have been cleaned - janitorial facility has been organized and boxes removed - APNA pest control report available - missing tiles in the dishwashing area replaced Thank you for your hard work NOTE: owners will be away all February and March on family vacation and the facility will be closed.
