All outstanding issues have been addressed and corrected: Washroom area thoroughly cleaned. All food containers replaced with new ones. Dough mixer cleaned daily. 2 new freezers added at facility; temp <= -18 C. All food items covered throughout facility. No evidence of plastic grocery bags used for food storage. All equipment, coolers, and cooking areas have been cleaned.
