Walk-in cooler partially cleaned, clean identified areas. Areas behind and under equipment have been cleaned, rodent droppings have been cleaned. Clean areas under equipment as per set schedule as per sanitation plan so all areas are cleaned. Update sanitation plan and email document for review. Maintained cleaning and temperature monitoring records. Pest control report provided. Comments from service provider state not activity identified. Hand washing station next to cooking line serviced, no longer leaking.
