Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Visible moulds and mildew-like deposits observed in the ice machine. Onsite staff discarded ice and initiated cleaning/sanitizing procedure at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (Repeated violation) Food contact surface sanitizer was not available in the kitchen at the time of inspection. 100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was prepared at this time.

- Entrance next to the ice machine
- Back exit area
- Dishwasher area

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
Hot held items measured at 60C or higher.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 74C at the plate level.
Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle noted at 50-100 ppm chlorine at the plate level.

* Any repeated violation may result in progressive enforcement actions such as issuing a violation ticket, closure order, etc.
** Operator is to prepare last 6 months of pest control reports for review for May 26, 2022, follow up inspection.
