-Follow-up inspection to July 4, 2017.
-Did not observe any potentially hazardous foods stored at room temperature at the time of inspection. Opened mayonnaise containers are now transferred into food grade containers and stored in the cooler.
-Front glass door cooler door seal has been taped with duct tape and cooler unit has been adjusted. Cooler was at 4C at the time of inspection.
-Leaking under counter bar cooler has been replaced and was at 3C.
-Food which are double stacked are covered with plastic wrap / lids at the time of inspection.
-Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Sanitizer pails are properly labelled. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
