Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Four bins of various flours with scoops (with handle) on the inside. Handle was touching food.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that handle does not touch food while inside container.
Scoop can also be kept outside of container, in a separate clean container for the scoop.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mouse droppings were found:
a) under handwashing station back of house
b) under dry storage area
c) back prep area of sushi rice
Corrective Action(s): Area was cleaned and sanitized during inspection.
Ensure that those areas are cleaned daily.
