Observation: Build up of mildew and dirt inside the ice machine (near the top area). The operator stated that the unit will be replaced with a new one.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the areas noted above. Ensure to drain the ice machine prior to sanitizing with an approved sanitizer. This will be verified during the follow up inspection.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BDFVBF:

- General sanitation has improved throughout the kitchen and the bar. The following areas have been thoroughly cleaned:
- shelving units beside the ventilation system
- on ventilation slates
- Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine concentration.
- Dry storage areas is well organized. Most items at min 15cm off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
