Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach solution in spray bottle for sanitation was measured higher than 200ppm Chlorine. Staff prepared new batch which measured 100-200ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food contact sanitizers are prepared at 100ppm Chlorine to avoid contamination

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [REPEAT VIOLATION] Both hand wash stations were not equipped with paper towels. Staff immediately corrected the violation.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure each hand station is fully stocked at all times with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water. Further non-compliance will result in enforcement action such as ticketing
