Temperature inside unit was 12C. Note: No food stored in cooler at time of the inspection. Manager (by phone) confirmed cooler has not been in use since routine inspection. Corrective Action(s): - Repair cooler so that it is in good working order and able to maintain a temperature of 4C or colder. - Do not store any potentially hazardous in cooler until it is repaired and maintaining required temperature. - Manager (by phone) reports that technician is scheduled to come today to service/repair unit.
