Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -20'C
- Milk dispensing coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers along cooking line at or below -19'C
- All coolers along cooking line and in drink bar at or below 4'C
- Hot-holding units measured at or above 60'C
- Room-temperature held cut produce is changed every 2 hours as stated by staff (timer available)
- Temperature logs are maintained on site
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- All hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles (X2) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- Ice machine observed in good sanitary condition
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
- Staff observed practicing good hand hygiene
- Staff observed wearing hair nets
- FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent trained staff available on site
