Outstanding items from the last report:

-There is still a noticeable gap at the front and back doors. Ensure that door sweeps are installed as soon as possible and adjustments to the doors are made accordingly if needed.

The end of line prep cooler was maintaining a temperature of 4 C. A long defrost cycle was mentioned during the inspection.
The Iodine glasswasher was at 12.5 ppm, records are kept.
Pest control records reviewed. No new droppings noticed. Send future pest control reports to Fraser Health.
No food observed underneath the shelving in the food storage room.
