All noted areas are cleaned and organized. Please maintain this level of sanitation now on.
Handwash stations are accessible, handsoap is secured to wall in decor room.
Discussed use of small gelato cart with operator. After discussion with HP manager, it was concluded that no separate permit is required.
Please follow all safe food handling and sanitation practice as discussed.
If you plan to bring the gelato cart to public events, ensure to apply for a temporary food permit. If you plan to have an ice cream truck, a separate mobile permit is required.
Inquire with FHA if you are unsure in the future.

*Note: operator purchased new standup fridge/freezer to store gelato cakes in the seating area. Ensure to place a thermometer inside and that it is reading at least -18C for use. Operator is planning to use the existing cake displaying case for vegan gelato. Discussed to caution customers if there are any food allergies as there is no separate dipper well.
In the future, please advise health department before adding/removing equipment or making changes with premises.
