Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution unavailable for use upon arrival of EHO. QUAT sanitizer solution measured to be at 0ppm. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - sink filled and bucket changed. 200ppm QUAT observed.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure adequate concentration of QUAT sanitizer solution. Third compartment of sink should be filled at start of shift to assist with cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day.

Wet droppings and remove. Sanitize surfaces.
