Follow up to health inspection report MBEK-CG2UAG. A new faucet end is in place at sink noted on previous report. Faucet observed to be functioning correctly and no leaks observed when in use. New stainless steel back splashes and splash guard are in place at aforementioned sink. Chemicals (spray bottles) observed to be labeled. The majority of the dry storage shed have been cleaned and reorganized. As areas within the storage shed are now reorganized, debris that was not visible during the previous inspection is now exposed in one area that was missed during cleaning. A few rodent droppings that do not appear to be recent were observed among the debris. Packaged food was removed during the inspection for these areas to be properly cleaned and sanitized later today. Kitchen floor has been cleaned since the previous inspection. Ensure flooring is being thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis to limit the accumulation of debris. Wire racks in cooler noted on previous report have not been cleaned. Wire racks of kitchen under counter cooler to be removed today to be cleaned and sanitized. Thermometers in place for coolers. A probe thermometer is available.
