Corrective Action(s): Re-organize storage room and reduce inventory. - floor is to be kept clear to allow for regular cleaning.

Pest control service to treat storage room with pesticide to address cockroach activity.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in front service area: on floor in corner beneath hot dog station, inside cabinet across from hot dog station and inside cabinets / shelves at right end of front service counter.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
