Met with a new kitchen Manager, Spencer, and discussed the following: - food safety refresher need to be done by July, 2018. - Reminder card for food safety is enclosed with this inspection and food safety newsletter. - new copy of submitted application form by head office in Calgary, is enclosed and it is already processed by our billing department. New Permit will be hand delivered by district inspector. - NOTE: discussed the garbage complaint and future improvements. Ensure that all garbage bags are properly disposed. Complete enclosure of the garbage area ( installing the roof above this area ) may going to prevent some of the issues ( unsupervised and uncontrolled disposal of the garbage from the close residential area, or homeless ). Also, enclosure will prevent the easy access to birds and other pests that they have now.
