Hot holding of mushrooms and chicken strips > 60 C. Quats sanitizer at the dispenser tested 200 ppm. Ice frapp mix in the hopper maintained below 4 C. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks. Temperature logs are up to date.
