Comments

No improper food storage noted at time of inspection. Cleaning has improved throughout the facility, particularly in the front ice cream and burger station. Fallen caps from pop in the walk-in cooler floor was cleaned by staff at time of inspection. Red buckets are labelled as detergents and green buckets as sanitizers to distinguish the different chemicals used. Men's washroom has been repaired and hansink is operational with soap, paper towel available. No further concerns.
