Routine inspection conducted: - Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Hot-holding (i.e. rice cookers) operating above 60'C. NOTE: Warmers not ready at this time. Foods being reheated on stoves to be transferred to the warmer when ready (60'C). - Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Scoop stored in proper manner. - 200ppm Quats available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths. Automated dispenser at correct concentration. - Dishwashing sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing. - General food storage practice satisfactory. - Traps in place.
