Missing light covers have been re-installed and containers of oil have been removed from the staff washroom (code 209 corrected). Food premises in sanitary condition. Floors, ceiling tiles and dishwashing area have been cleaned. Cleaning schedule is available and staff are following it. Hand sink tap for cold water is being addressed (part is now available). Still outstanding is code 311 - broken tile and large open grout to be addressed. This is be followed up for next routine inspection. Thank you for your effort and cooperation. Kitchen staff in-charge in the back has valid Food Safe 1 certification.
