Observation: Use of 2 comparment sink slowly rose grey water in the mop sink; therefore, dishwashing cannot be done at this time.
Correction: Closure order issued at this time. All food contact surfaces to be washed and sanitized using the dishwahser once the mop sink is serviced.

The mop sink was serviced. No issues noted with drainage (ran water for 2-3 minutes).
All food contact surfaces rewashed and sanitized.
