Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hole around pipe in kitchen (behind large batter mixer) had not been sealed.
Corrective Action(s): Sealed with spray foam at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large batter mixer requires deep cleaning. Old batter residue build-up on and around machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize this machine after each use.

Comments

- General cleaning has been done.
- Hand sink was properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
**Ensure paper towel dispenser is not jammed. Staff must know how to properly feed the paper towel into the dispenser.
- Hand sink faucet is no longer leaking.
- No rodent droppings observed at time of inspection.
- Pest control reports for the last two months were available for review. Ensure to follow recommendations of the pest control operator.
- Operator still needs to email Foodsafe certificates for kitchen staff to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca

*A follow-up inspection is to occur within one month.
