Observation: No sanitizer detected at low temp dishwasher. Sanitizer jug a third full, line not primed, pump appears to be functioning. After line was primed still 0 ppm chlorine detected.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure low temp dishwasher is capable of sanitizing dishes at least at 50 ppm chlorine on the final rinse. Call technician to service unit before next function requiring the kitchen and dishwasher.
