Kitchen:
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezer temperatures satisfactory.
Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
- Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with a concentration of 100 ppm chlorine.
- Ventilation canopies maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Meat slicer maintained in a sanitary condition.
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
- Food in dry storage area and inside of all cold storage units well organized.
- Concentration of QUATs sanitizer at dispenser, in spray bottles and buckets = 200 ppm.
- Ice machine clean. Scoop for ice stored in designated slot.

Bar:
- Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Glass washer sanitizing with a concentration of 12.5 ppm iodine.
- Coolers maintained at 4 degrees Celsius.
- Concentration of QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.

Overall:
- Hand sinks in staff washrooms fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Keg walk-in cooler maintained at 4 degrees Celsius.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Premises well lit.
