Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of the rice in the take out containers stored inside the warming cabinet were not hot enough (135F/57C). Temperature should be 140F/60C or higher to be safe.
Corrective Action(s): Rice containers have been moved to the rice cooker for reheating. Obtain a probe thermometer and check food temperatures daily. Hot items must be 140F/60C or hotter to be safe.

Routine inspection:
Monitor and record temperatures of the fridges, freezers and hot holding units daily.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
Temperature of the high temperature dishwasher was greater than 71C/160F at the rinse cycle measured at the rack level- Good.
Test strips were available to verify the quats sanitizer. 200ppm was measured.
Manager is FoodSafe certified.
