Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle labelled sanitizer was filled with a blue solution.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Blue solution was emptied and spray bottle was emptied at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Front deli and bakery display coolers were at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Front customer area coolers were at 4C.
-Hot holding was less than 60C. Food items are time tracked and discarded after 4 hours.
-Temperatures checked and recorded every 2 hours.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Manual warewashing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles tested at 200ppm.
-Deli slicer sanitized after each use, and broken down for cleaning and sanitizing every 2 hours.
-General food storage practices good at the time inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination-
-Self-service food station protected by a sneeze guard and met COVID-19 requirements (hand sanitizer available at the self-service area, signage posted reminding customers to sanitize their hand, and utensils sanitized on a regular basis).
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by professional pest control services. No signs of pests noted in the facility or tin cats at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 24, 2023.
