Routine inspection: Kitchen hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 2 compartment sink available for use. Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in spray bottle. Reminder, general sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Freezer at back at -20 degrees C. Front area freezer at -20 degrees C. Sliding glass door cooler at 3 degrees C. Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower section at 3 degrees C. No hot holding at time of inspection. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Permit posted in front area. Operator provided a temperature monitoring sheet template. Monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and freezers.
