Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizing bucket located near front hand sink contained no detectable sanitizer. Staff stated bucket was filled with sanitizer this morning.
Corrective Action(s): Contents of bucket were emptied and bucket was refilled with sanitizer from the dispenser. Sanitizer was tested at 200 ppm quats. Ensure that sanitizer solution is maintained at the correct concentration required for effective sanitizing (e.g. 200 ppm quats). Ensure that solution is changed as often as needed to maintain this concentration.

- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Equipment and utensils are stored away in clean condition
- Three compartment sinks is supplied with three sink plugs and hot/cold running water
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer is available in a labeled spray bottle and in third compartment of ware washing sinks at 200 ppm
- Temperature and sanitation records are up to date
