Following temperatures taken via DeltaTRAK lollipop thermometer: front handsink (by clock) at hot water tap 19 C, cold water tap 14 C; front handsink (mobile pickup) handsink at hot water tap 14 C; back handsink by staff entrance at hot water tap 15 C; back handsink by donut station hot water tap 19 C, cold water tap 14 C.
Corrective Action(s): Restore hot water supply immediately.
