Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-CLMTP6 of Nov-29-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: One of the taps on the main kitchen hand sink is not working again. This infraction has been coded during the last 2 routine inspections as well. Correction: Temporary fixes are not working. REPLACE THE WHOLE SINK OR ELSE A VIOLATION TICKET WILL BE ISSUED.

On Follow-Up: Cleaning issues have been addressed. REMOVE AND CLEAN FAN GRATES IN THE WALK-IN COOLER. Ceiling lights in the dry storage room have been replaced. Hand sink wasn't replaced, but the tap has been repaired. If this handsink is in disrepair again, you will be issued a Violation Ticket. You've had enough warnings. At least one other staff member, ideally the chef, must be Foodsafe Certified when both owners are not on-site like during the last inspection.
