Corrective Action(s): Fresh fruits and vegetables must be stored away from raw proteins. Bucket of apple was moved away.

Routine inspection:
- Walk-in cooler at 4C.
- Walk-in freezer at -18C.
- Hot holding units not in use at the time. Ensure food can be hot held above 60C.
- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in buckets.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in buckets and from the dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 71.4C at the plate level.
- Deli slicer and ice machine maintained in sanitary condition.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
- Temperature records maintained electronically and available for review.

Servery:

- Soup hot held above 60C.
- Coolers maintained at 4C or less.
