- owner completed the FS lev 1
- written procedure for pickled vegetables submitted for approval.
- owner is working on the labels
- daily temp logs are available and please ensure to be up to date since they are part of your FS plan and due diligent food processing procedure/food safe handling.

For the future approval of the pickled mango please submit the following:
- Aw ( water activity ) and pH of the final product
- copy of the labels ( including the name of the product, ingredients list, name of the production site, amount of food per container, packaging date or expiration of the product, storage requirements after opening the containers )
- storage requirements ( cold storage/room temperature storage for fermentation process )
- delivery of the product to other location
