General sanitation is good.
Hand washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
Cooler at 3.4 C;
Freezer at -18 C;
Cold units are equipped with working thermometers.
High temperature dishwasher achieved 71 C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution.
Note: Ensure to provide surface sanitizers at each station (ie serving area, main prep area) and use clean wiping cloths.
Dry storage area has sufficient space and racks.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.

Note: This daycare receives meals from another kitchen. Hot food items are hot held in the oven at > 60 C. Temperature checks are done when receiving food items with a stem thermometer.
Note: Fruits,bread, jam, snack mix, and rice cakes/crispy are available on site.
